Your Processor. Our Payroll.

You have already found a processor who knows your files, your lenders and your borrowers. BYOP lets you keep that person and stop carrying them as a fixed cost. Your processor becomes a DreamLife W-2 employee and keeps working your pipeline exactly as they do today.

What comes off your books:

What Stays Exactly the Same

Nothing about your borrower’s experience changes. The person they have been emailing is the same person tomorrow.

The Same Processor

The person who already knows your files, your lenders and your borrowers stays on them.

Your Borrower Relationships

You stay the point of contact. The client experience stays yours.

Your Lenders & Your LOS

Your processor keeps working in the systems and lender mix you already use.

Your Workflow

No migration, no retraining your team, no change to how files move.

Your Standards

Your processor works to the same expectations you set today.

Your Brand

Your borrowers see your brokerage on the file, not ours.

Turn Fixed Payroll Into a More Flexible Processing Expense

With the right structure, eligible third-party processing fees may be disclosed and charged on individual loan transactions, subject to applicable lender and compliance requirements.

We’ll help you evaluate whether the model makes sense for your brokerage.

Confirm the treatment for your own shop with your compliance team before relying on it.

How BYOP Works

1

We review your pipeline, your processor’s role and what they cost you today.

2

We scope the arrangement and quote it around your volume.

3

Your processor onboards to DreamLife with systems, training and support.

4

Files transition with no gap — same processor, same pipeline.

5

Payroll, taxes, HR and software become ours. The processing stays yours.

BYOP Questions, Answered

Yes — that is the whole point of BYOP. The same processor stays on your pipeline, in your systems, working the way they do now.

DreamLife Processing LLC employs them as a W-2 employee. Salary, payroll taxes and HR administration sit with us.

Your processor becomes a DreamLife W-2 employee. We do not currently offer a group benefits plan, so if your processor is covered under your plan today, that coverage would not carry over. It is one of the first things we work through when we scope the arrangement.

No. Your borrowers keep dealing with your brokerage and the same processor they already know.

BYOP is quoted per brokerage, because it depends on your volume, your processor’s compensation and how much you want us to take on. Book a 30-minute fit call and we will put real numbers in front of you.

DreamLife is approved in Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Virginia, with New York and Texas pending.

Yes. Plenty of shops keep their own processor on core volume and send overflow or specialty files to our contract processing team.

It tends to fit brokerages carrying at least one full-time processor, where processing cost does not flex with volume, and owners who want to keep a strong processor without the fixed overhead. If you are not sure, the fit call is free.
